Return & Refund Policy

  1. Kado reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price on its Website. This shall be so regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and whether the payment has been levied via credit card. In the event that the payment has been processed, Kado shall immediately issue a refund to the actual payment mode and notify the User by email about the same.
  2. Liability of Kado will be limited to the replacement of the products ordered.
  3. Cancellations by the customer: Before Dispatch
    In case we receive a cancellation notice from your side and the order has not been dispatched by us, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 4-5 working days.
